These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the pjok4 platform, including all betting, casino, and payment services available to registered players in Bangladesh. Please read this document carefully before creating an account or placing any wager.

All pjok4 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Deposits, withdrawals, bonus amounts, and wager requirements are all expressed in BDT. Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank. No foreign currency conversion is applied.

pjok4 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where fraudulent activity, collusion, bonus abuse, underage gambling, or violation of these Terms is suspected or confirmed. Account closure decisions made on confirmed policy violations are final and non-negotiable.
1 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and pjok4 ("pjok4", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at pjok4.app. These Terms govern all aspects of your use of the pjok4 platform, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus participation, sports betting, casino gaming, and all related services.
By completing the registration process and creating an account on pjok4, you expressly confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their contents, and that you agree to be bound by them. 2 Eligibility & Age Restriction
To be eligible to use the pjok4 platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

- You are accessing the platform as an individual acting in your personal capacity and not on behalf of a third party, corporate entity, or syndicate.

pjok4 employs age verification procedures as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Players are required to submit valid identification — such as a National Identity Card (NID) or passport — before withdrawal requests are processed. pjok4 may request age and identity verification at any point during the player's account lifecycle, not only at withdrawal stage.
If pjok4 determines or reasonably suspects that a player is under the age of 18, the account will be immediately suspended, all funds held pending investigation will be frozen, and any winnings accumulated while the account was active will be forfeited. The matter may be referred to relevant authorities where required by applicable regulations.
3 Account Registration & Verification
To access the full range of pjok4 services — including deposits, betting, casino gaming, bonus participation, and withdrawals — you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile phone number, and a valid email address.
Single Account Policy
Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one pjok4 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different personal details, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is a serious breach of these Terms. All accounts associated with a confirmed duplicate account violation will be closed, and any balances held across those accounts may be forfeited at pjok4's discretion.
Account Information Accuracy
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of pjok4 is accurate, complete, and kept up to date. If your contact details change — particularly your mobile number or email address — you must update your account profile promptly. pjok4 is not liable for missed communications, failed withdrawals, or other issues arising from outdated account information provided by the player.
KYC Verification Requirements
pjok4 operates a tiered verification system. Standard account functionality — including deposits and access to games — is available following mobile number verification via one-time password (OTP). Full withdrawal access requires identity verification (KYC Level 2), which involves submitting one of the following documents:
- National Identity Card (NID) — the primary accepted document for Bangladeshi players
- Valid Bangladesh passport — accepted as an alternative to NID
- Birth Registration Certificate combined with a utility bill — accepted in limited circumstances; contact support for eligibility
pjok4 may additionally request proof of payment method ownership — for example, a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing your registered mobile number — to confirm that the payment method belongs to the account holder. Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your pjok4 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. pjok4 will never contact you to request your password. Any activity recorded on your account while logged in is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact pjok4 support immediately via live chat.
4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All pjok4 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). All financial transactions — including deposits, withdrawals, bonus amounts, wager values, and winnings — are processed in Taka. pjok4 does not accept foreign currency deposits or operate multi-currency accounts.

Withdrawal Processing Times
pjok4 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Expected processing times by payment method are as follows:
- bKash and Nagad: Typically within 30 minutes of approval
- Rocket and Upay: Typically within 1–3 hours of approval
- Bank transfers: Typically 1–2 business days depending on the receiving bank
Processing times stated above are targets and not guarantees. Delays may occur during periods of high transaction volume, during national public holidays in Bangladesh, or where additional verification is required. pjok4 is not liable for delays attributable to the player's bank or mobile wallet provider.
Player Funds & Own-Account Policy
All deposits must be made from a payment account that belongs to and is registered in the name of the pjok4 account holder. pjok4 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Similarly, all withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. This policy protects against money laundering and ensures that funds reach the correct individual.
5 Bonus & Promotions Policy
pjok4 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered, as well as the general bonus policy set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific bonus offer's terms and this general policy, the specific offer terms take precedence.
General Bonus Conditions
- Bonuses are available to players aged 18 and above only.
- Each bonus offer is limited to one claim per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the offer terms explicitly state otherwise.
- Bonus funds are held separately from real-money balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
- pjok4 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account will be honoured under the terms in place at the time of crediting.
- Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or assigned to any third party.
Wagering Requirements
All bonus offers issued by pjok4 carry a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier (for example, 30x means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times before withdrawal is permitted). Wagering contributions vary by game type:
- Slots: 100% contribution towards wagering requirements
- Live casino table games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette): 10% contribution
- Sports betting: 100% contribution on bets with minimum odds of 1.80
- Crash games (e.g., Aviator): 50% contribution
Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited on expiry of the validity period.
Bonus Abuse
pjok4 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play risk, coordination between multiple accounts to exploit bonus structures (collusion), and repeated registration under new identities to claim first-deposit bonuses multiple times. Confirmed cases of bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
6 Betting & Casino Game Rules
All betting and gaming activity on pjok4 is subject to the general rules set out in this section, as well as the specific rules applicable to each product type (sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games). Product-specific rules are accessible within the relevant section of the pjok4 platform.
Sports Betting
- All bets are accepted in Taka at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation; the odds at the moment of confirmed placement are binding.
- In-play bets are accepted subject to platform availability and may be suspended at any time without notice.
- In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, the settlement rules for the affected market will follow the specific sport and competition rules published on the pjok4 platform.
- pjok4 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was known at the time of placement, or where the market was offered in error.
- Maximum payout per bet slip may be capped at amounts displayed in the bet slip interface. Bets exceeding these limits will not be accepted.
Live Casino
- Live casino games on pjok4 are provided by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The rules of each game are those applied by the relevant studio and are displayed within the game interface.
- In the event of a technical interruption to a live casino game, the studio provider's outcome records are considered definitive. pjok4 will apply the provider's confirmed result to settle the affected round.
- Minimum and maximum bet limits per table are displayed within the game interface and are subject to change.
Slots & RNG Games
- All slot and RNG game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators operated by the respective game providers (Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and others).
- In the event of a game malfunction — defined as a technical error that prevents a game round from completing normally — the affected round will be voided and the wager returned to the player's balance.
- Progressive jackpot wins are subject to verification by the game provider before being credited. Verification may take up to 72 hours in exceptional cases.
7 Prohibited Conduct & Fraud
pjok4 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward fraudulent activity, cheating, collusion, and any form of conduct that undermines the integrity of the platform or causes harm to other players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension and potential legal action:
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploit promotions, or circumvent restrictions applied to a suspended or closed account.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the pjok4 platform in a manner not available to standard players using a conventional browser.
- Collusion with other players — including sharing information about hand holdings in live card games, coordinating bets to guarantee outcomes, or any other form of cooperative manipulation.
- Match fixing or exploitation of insider information in sports betting markets, including placing bets based on knowledge not publicly available at the time of bet placement.
- Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the pjok4 platform to launder money in any form. pjok4 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies investigating financial crime.
- Exploiting software errors or platform glitches to generate winnings that would not have been achievable under normal operating conditions. Any winnings resulting from a known exploit are void and will be reclaimed from the player's account.
- Threatening, abusing, or harassing pjok4 support staff or other players via any communication channel associated with the platform.
- Providing false identity information, including forged documents, during the KYC verification process.
Where pjok4 suspects any of the above conduct, we reserve the right to suspend account access, freeze balances, withhold pending withdrawals, and conduct a full investigation before determining an appropriate resolution. Players under investigation will be notified and given an opportunity to provide evidence in their defence, except where doing so would compromise the integrity of the investigation.
8 Account Suspension & Closure
pjok4 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account for reasons including but not limited to:
- Confirmed or suspected violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
- Confirmed underage gambling
- At the player's own request, including self-exclusion requests under the Responsible Gaming Policy
- Inactivity — accounts that have had no login or financial activity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant
- Where pjok4 is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory guidance, or court order
Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant after 12 months of continuous inactivity (no logins, no deposits, no withdrawals, no bet placements). pjok4 will send a notification to the registered email address before any dormancy policy is applied. A dormant account fee of ৳100 per month may be deducted from any remaining balance to cover account maintenance costs, provided that the balance does not fall below zero. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and verifying their identity.
Voluntary Closure
Players who wish to close their pjok4 account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any verified balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method following standard withdrawal processing procedures and timelines. Please note that voluntary account closure does not constitute self-exclusion — players who wish to prevent future re-registration must specifically request self-exclusion via the Responsible Gaming tools in the account dashboard or by contacting support.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pjok4's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the amount of the player's actual deposited balance at the time the claim arises. pjok4 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
